Do you supply alcohol?
Absolutely! We are a fully licensed and insured catering company with a 13CT. We’re one of the few bartending companies in the Sarasota/ Bradenton area to carry a Florida State liquor, beer and wine catering license. This allows us to offer bar packages where we provide the alcohol as well as a cash bar service. In addition, we area licensed food caterer with an spotless inspection record, and carry liquor liability and general liability insurance to cover our services.
Please keep in mind, if we are supplying the alcohol for an event, we must also be supplying food as well.
Can I provide the alcohol?
Yes! You can hire us as a bartending service where you supply all of the alcohol. We have different packages for bartending, mixers etc.
Where are you located?
We are based in central Sarasota and travel all over Sarasota County, Manatee County and possible further. Have a location in mind? Just ask.
What is your payment requirements?
Payment requirements:
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation and reserve your desired date.
You'll receive a full refund (minus tasting fee) if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date,
50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event.
Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.
Final headcount is due 1 week before the event, remaining payment is due the day of the event.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Living in the Sunshine State is all fun and games until its rainy season! We know the weather changes here by the minute. If you plan an event outdoors, always have a back up plan (ie tents, carports, whatever). A little rain doesn't scare us, but we are driving vintage vehicles that cannot drive in unsafe conditions.
We will do our best to work with clients if an event needs to be rescheduled, but with dates booked out months in advance this isn't always possible.
Do you have different/smaller bar set ups?
We do! We have multiple small bars with beer and cocktail tap systems. Just let us know what you are looking for, Im sure we can accommodate.
Do you offer traditional catering?
While we love our vintage trucks, we also offer traditional catering and drop off service if needed.
