How we work
STEP 1: INQUIRY
Submit an inquiry via our “Contact Us” form on our website. Let us know more about your event and how we can help make it truly unique. What are you looking for? Mobile bar service, food trucks, catering
or a mix of everything?
STEP 2: BROCHURE/PROPOSAL
Based on the information you provide to us from your inquiry, we will either set up a time to discuss your menu options or go ahead and put together a package and pricing information for you to review.
STEP 3: CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you are happy with your event details, you’ll sign the agreement and pay a 50% deposit. Once your deposit is received you will officially be booked with Cornerstone & Company!
STEP 4: EVENT FINALIZATION
Closer to your event (about 2 weeks out depending on event), we will send out a questionnaire that allows us to confirm and finalized event details. We know a lot can still be up in the air if you’re booking more than 6 months in advance! The questionnaire will collect final head count, food choices, beer, wine, cocktail preferences and any other undecided choices. Final payment is due no later than the day of event.
STEP 5: PARTY TIME
We show up one to two hours before service is set to begin, get all set up and make sure everything is perfect. Then the fun begins! You get to sit back, relax, sip a beverage or two and enjoy your event. Once the festivities are over, we clean up, pack up and drive off into the sunset.
