1939 Mobile Bar Truck

We are a full mobile bar service! Slinging drinks and custom creations from our Vintage1939 GMC Coe Truck. Beer, wine, liquor and everything in between.

Vintage 1939 Mobile Bar 

The minimum fee for our Vintage Mobile bar service is $1000. 

Craft Beer and Wine  (4 hour service)

2 draft beers, 1 red and 1 white wine- $20/person

4 draft beers, 2 red and 2 white wines- $22/person

Craft Beer, Wine & Signature Cocktails (4 hour service)

2 draft beers, 1 red and 1 white wine, 2 signature cocktails-  $26 per person (Most popular package)

4 draft beers, 2 red and 2 white wines, 2 signature cocktails-

 $28/person

Full Bar (4 hours service)

4 draft beers, 2 reds and 2 white wines, 2 signature cocktails,

Liquor: Tito's Vodka, Prairie Organic Gin, Jack Daniels Whiskey, Evan Williams Bourbon, Siesta Key Rum Spiced and Silver, Jose Cuervo Tequila, J & B Scotch

$35/person

All Bar Packages Include:

  • Bar consultation and menu planning

  • Set up and clean up 

  • Free 20 mile round trip travel from our SRQ headquarters- $1.25 per mile after that. 

  • Up to 4 hours of service, longer service can be arranged

  • Friendly bartender(s) to accommodate your group size

  • Recyclable Drink ware- (Glassware available for an added fee)

  • Napkins and straws

  • Bar equipment + ice

  • Beer and Wine Pouring

  • If cocktails are selected, craft mixers including house made bitters, shrubs and syrups for any cocktails included in your menu selection

  • Fresh squeezed juices for any cocktails included in your menu selection

  • Basic printed menu for bar top

  • Off-grid power (if needed)

Cash Bar

Drink Prices for your guests are as follows:

Sodas $1.00,  Water $1.00,  Draft Beers $5.00 - $7.00, 

Wine $6.00 $9.00,  Mixed Drinks $6.00 - $10.00  

Bartending Services (host provides all alcohol)

Beer and Wine: $6 per person

Includes everything needed for beer and wine service

Full Bar Mixer Package: $10 per person

Payment Requirements:

We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation and reserve your desired date.

You'll receive a full refund (minus tasting fee) if you cancel more than 60 days from your event date,

50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event.

Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.

Final headcount is due 1 week before the event, remaining payment is due the day of the event.
